1. The Service

9FR Measurements generates roof measurement reports from aerial imagery, delivered through this site and measure.talktotom.ai. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and AI Communications Policy.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

• The standard plan is $49/month and includes 10 measurement reports per monthly billing cycle. Additional report packs may be purchased in-app. Prices may change with notice; changes apply at your next billing cycle.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime in-app or by emailing helpdesk@talktotom.ai; you keep access through the end of the paid period. Unused report credits don't convert to cash.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Reports — Accuracy & Proper Use

• Reports are estimates generated from aerial imagery. Imagery age and quality vary by location (we show you a quality rating before you spend a report).
• Reports are a professional estimating aid — not a substitute for an on-site inspection. Verify measurements before ordering materials, signing contracts or submitting insurance claims. To the extent permitted by law, 9FR is not liable for ordering, bidding or contracting decisions made from a report.
• Reports you generate are yours to use in your business, including sharing with your customers. You may not resell reports as a standalone product or use the service to build a competing measurement product.

4. The Give Back Nominations

• The Give Back is a discretionary charitable program — it is not a lottery, sweepstakes or contest. No purchase is necessary, no entry fee exists, and submitting a nomination creates no right to receive anything.
• Selections are made at 9FR's sole discretion. Nomination volume means we can't respond to every submission individually — but every one gets read.
• By nominating someone you confirm the story is truthful to your knowledge and that you have a genuine connection to or knowledge of the nominee. Don't submit someone's sensitive information without their awareness where practical.
• If a story is selected, we'll contact the nominator and the nominee before anything is filmed or published.

5. Acceptable Use

No scraping, reverse engineering, automated bulk querying, abusive load, or unlawful use. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, with a refund of any unused prepaid period where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The site, the measurement engine, report formats and branding belong to 9Figure Measurements LLC and its licensors (including Talk to Tom Inc.). Your business data and the reports you generate are yours.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing anything, email us — most issues get fixed faster than a lawyer answers the phone.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
