Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

This website and the 9FR Measurements service are operated by 9Figure Measurements LLC ("9FR," "we," "us"), with technology provided by Talk to Tom Inc. Questions about this policy: helpdesk@talktotom.ai.

2. What We Collect

• Account information — name, email, company name and password when you create an account.
• Addresses you search — property addresses you enter for previews or measurement reports, and the reports we generate for you.
• Nomination information — if you nominate someone through the Give Back page: their name, city, the story you share, and your name and email.
• Payment information — handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, device/browser type and IP address, used for security, rate-limiting and improving the service.
• Communications — messages you exchange with us or with our AI assistants (see our AI Communications Policy).

3. How We Use It

• To generate and deliver roof measurement reports and operate your account.
• To review Give Back nominations and contact nominators about a story.
• To respond to questions and provide support — including through AI assistants.
• With your consent, to follow up about the service by email, text message or phone call, which may be AI-assisted. You can opt out at any time (see Section 6).
• To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.
• To improve the product — always on an aggregated or de-identified basis where practical.

4. What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share nomination stories publicly without contacting you first. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

5. Who We Share With

Service providers who help us run 9FR: payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting, email/SMS/voice delivery, aerial imagery providers (your searched address is sent to mapping services to produce measurements), and analytics. Each is bound to use data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Your Choices & Rights

• Marketing opt-out: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; reply STOP to any text; tell any AI or human caller "stop calling" and we will.
• Access / deletion: email helpdesk@talktotom.ai to request a copy of your data or deletion of your account and data. We'll respond within 30 days.
• Depending on where you live (e.g., California), you may have additional rights under local law — the same email gets those requests handled.

7. Data Retention & Security

Reports and account data are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, then deleted or de-identified. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored on access-controlled servers.

8. Children

9FR is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated policy.
