What's inside the report?
Total squares & footprint, pitch by section, every edge length (ridges, hips, valleys, rakes, eaves, transitions), color-coded aerial CAD diagrams, pitch diagram, waste tables at 0/6/11/15/21%, steep-slope splits, and material breakdowns.
How accurate is it?
The engine measures from the freshest high-resolution aerial imagery available and flags imagery quality (HIGH/MEDIUM/BASE) before you spend a report — so you always know what you're working with before you commit.
Can I brand the reports as my company?
Yes — company accounts get their company name and logo on every report. Hand it to the homeowner under your flag.
Do my reports expire?
Never. Every report you generate lives in your account and auto-files to a contact card with the address and history.
